I can happily say that throughout the year, Vince and his team have remained responsive, hard-working, and dedicated property managers. I am an out-of-state landlord with two properties Select manages for me. With the first property, they helped me with overseeing light repairs, getting it rent ready, and they found a great tenant within a week of the property being ready. The second property, Vince was my agent, general contractor, and property manager. He helped negotiate the sale of the house, he successfully managed a full rehab, and then found a renter for the home.
